An Ordinance pertaining to an application for a Conditional Use for a drive-in food service
in the Business B-2 District.
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said Conditional
Use shall be approved for a drive-in food service on Lots 12, 13, and 14, Block 6, Original Plat with
the following conditions:
None.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
First Reading: April 15, 2008
Second Reading: April 29, 2008
Published: FAILED (3/3 vote. Required 5/2 to pass)
