An ordinance pertaining to an application for a Conditional Use for an apartment in the
Business B-2 District.
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said Conditional
Use shall be approved for an apartment on Lot 6, excluding the S179.35 feet thereof and Tract C of
Lot 5, all in Southbrook Addition with the following conditions:
none
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
