An ordinance pertaining to an application for a Conditional Use
for a three-unit apartment in the Residence R-2 District.
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said
Conditional Use shall be approved for a three-unit apartment on the west 183 feet of the east 288
feet of the south 140 feet of Block 11, Parkdale Home Second Addition with the following
conditions:
1. Approval granted for the establishment of one 3-bedroom unit, one 2-bedroom unit,
and one 1-bedroom unit only.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
First Reading: November 17, 2009
Second Reading: December 8, 2009
