An ordinance pertaining to an application for a Conditional Use for a taller broadcast tower
height in the Business B-2A District.
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said Conditional
Use shall be approved for a broadcast tower height of 90 feet on Lot 6,Block 1, Insbrook Park
Addition with the following conditions:
The tower shall be set back 90 feet or more from the Twenty-second Avenue right-of-way line.
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
