An Ordinance Repealing Ordinance Section 6-43 and Pertaining
to Temporary On-Sale Alcoholic Beverage Licenses for use at a Convention Hall
in the City of Brookings, South Dakota.
Be It Ordained and Enacted by the Council of the City of Brookings, State of South Dakota, as
follows:
I.
Brookings Ordinance Section 6-43 is hereby repealed.
II.
Any or all ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
First Reading: October 26, 2010
Second Reading: November 9, 2010
