A Resolution Authorizing Change Order No. 3 for
Dakota Nature Park Trails Construction; Bowes Construction, Inc.
Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for Resolution No.
80 -13 Dakota Nature Park Trails Construction, Bowes Construction: Add 2" recycled base
material to main trail which will provide a workable base for future paving. Specification
change: Sta 2 + 25 to Sta 15 + 07. 150 tons @ $10 /ton = $1,500.
Passed and approved this 23rd day of July, 2013.
