Board of Equalization
The City of Brookings is committed to providing a high quality of life for its citizens and fostering a diverse
economic base through innovative thinking, strategic planning, and proactive, fiscally responsible municipal

NOTICE OF QUORUM
A quorum of City Council members will be present on Monday, March 17th from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00
p.m. to conduct the annual Board of Equalization hearings.
Brookings City Council: Oepke G.Niemeyer, Mayor; Nick Wendell, Deputy Mayor
Council Members Wayne Avery, Holly Tilton Byrne, Bonny Specker, Brianna Doran, Andrew Rasmussen
Brookings School Board: Teresa Binkley, Keli Books, Deb DeBates, Teri Johnson, and Wesley Tschetter.
Brookings City Council Staff:
