Voting members present were David Rusten, Matt Kurtenbach, Larry Klingbile, alternate - Jim Pederson and Peterson. Jay Vanduch was also present. Also present were Community Development Director Mike Struck, and Planning and Zoning Administrator Dan Hanson. Item #3 – Moriarty stated that he had lived on the block for over 40 years. He had cattle on the premises in the past and a woven wire fence was erected many years ago to contain the livestock. D. Peterson felt the new fence did not obstruct any vision. Item #4 – Korisa Eidem stated that the existing porch allowed for only a narrow stairway down to the driveway. Extending the porch would enhance the entrance onto the elevated porch. Kurtenbach considered the request to be minimal in nature and did not feel it negatively impacted adjacent properties. The meeting was adjourned. ______________________ __________________________ Dan Hanson, Secretary Dick Peterson, Chairperson Planning & Zoning Administrator
