Jennifer Johnson, Jeff Holm, Kyleigh Cramer
City of Brookings Staff: Kristen Zimmerman
Dacotah Bank Center/ Oak View Group: Ashley Biggar, Lisa Robinson, Anna Rosburg
Agenda Discussions:
•Jeff called the meeting to order.
•April minutes were approved.
•Jennifer motioned, Kyleigh seconded. All members voted in favor.
•Kristen provided update from the City.
•Ashley provided strategic updates on Dacotah Bank Center operations and
finances.
•Discussion was held on future strategic direction.
•Next meeting on February 26, 2026, at 12:00pm.
•Jeff adjourned the meeting.
