SUMMARY OF DISCUSSION

Item #3 – Nelson stated that the proposed house would be attached to the back of
the existing shop. D. Peterson asked what the probability would be for rezoning the
land to residential. Hanson replied that a rezoning had been discussed with Nelson
prior to the meeting. D. Peterson asked what the likely sideyard requirement would be
if the property was rezoned. Hanson responded that an R-1B zoning, which is the same
as the zoning to the east, would create an eight (8) foot sideyard.
The meeting was adjourned.
