Allows staff to update board members contact information, membership, run term expiration reports, and so much more. What is OnBoardGOV? •Existing process –manual process, paper heavy, consumes staff time •On-line applications: ‣eliminate paper applications ‣individualized board -specific application questions ‣efficient seat management with contact information, adding / removing members, historical records, etc. Why a online application process?
