Members present were Larry Klingbile, alternate- Mike Keating, alternate-Jim Pederson, and Rusten. Matt Kurtenbach, Dick Peterson, and Jay Vanduch were absent. Others present were Dorothy Zuiderhof and City Engineer Jackie Lanning. Item #3 – Dorothy Zuiderhof said they would like to build a shed for vehicle storage. The shed would be 42’ x 54’, and the total amount of shed area would be less than one-fourth of the lot area. Keating asked if they would keep the building that is presently there. Zuiderhof explained that they could not move it to the north due to utility problems, and they weren’t sure if they would sell it. She added that they have started the site work on the south side of their property. Rusten explained that they must avoid easements when placing the building. Klingbile said the trees would block the view of the new garage, and he had no problem with the request. The meeting was adjourned. ________________________________ ________________________________ Jackie Lanning, Acting Secretary David Rusten, Acting-chairperson
