SUMMARY OF DISCUSSION
Chairperson Dick Peterson called the Board of Adjustment to order on Thursday, March
1, 2007 at 5:00 PM in the Council Chamber at City Hall. Members present were Matt
Kurtenbach, David Rusten, a-Jim Pederson, and D. Peterson. Larry Klingbile, Jay Vanduch, and
alternate Mike Keating were absent. Others present were Bob and Sharon Krogman, City
Engineer Jackie Lanning, and Zoning Administrator Dan Hanson.
Item #4 – Bob Krogman stated that his property was for sale, and he wanted to possibly sell off
each parcel separately. However, the house behind the gas station did not have it’s own frontage
onto Highway 14. If he received a variance, he would plat the strip to go along with the back
portion of Outlot C that contains the house.
Kurtenbach asked if a building could be built in the 40 foot wide portion of the driveway.
Hanson replied yes, but it would be very unlikely.
The meeting was adjourned.
