Notice of Quorum
It is possible that at least five (5) Park and Recreation Board members may be present
for the City Council meeting on July 8th, 2025 from 6:00 pm to end of meeting. Though a
majority of Park and Recreation Board members may be present, no official business
will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD
Codified Law 1-25-1.1
Park & Recreation Advisory Board Members: Steve Berseth, Brenda Andersen, Paul Meyer, Jay Larsen, Nathaniel
Condelli, Erika Saunders, and Stacy Zerfas. High School Student Representative: Isabella Park. SDSU Student
Representative: VACANT. City Staff: Kristin Zimmerman, Park, Rec & Forestry Director; Josh Bauman, Assistant
Director of Park, Recreation & Forestry Dept
