PARKS TOUR
Notice of Quorum
It is possible that at least five (5) Park & Recreation Advisory Board members and four
(4) City Council members may be present for a tour of parks and facilities to be held on
Monday, September 8, 2025, from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm. Though a majority of Park &
Recreation Advisory Board members and City Council Members may be present, no
official city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice
according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.

Park & Recreation Advisory Board Members: Steve Berseth, Brenda Andersen, Paul Meyer, Jay Larsen,
Nathaniel Condelli, Erika Saunders, and Stacy Zerfas. High School Student Representative: Isabella Park.
