Notice of Quorum
It is possible that at least three (3) Brookings Library Board members may be present at the strategic
planning meeting to be held on Thursday, December 12, from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
Though a majority of the Brookings Library Board members may be present, no official city business
will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law
1-25-1.1.
Library Board Members: Mark Binkley, Linda Richter, Kathryn Miller, Denise Hall, and Brittany Shaw. City Staff:
Ashia Gustafson, Director of Library Services.
