economic base through innovative thinking, strategic planning, and practice, fiscally responsible municipal
management.
Notice of Quorum
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Training
A quorum of Human Rights Commission members will be present July 24th from 5:30
p.m. - 8:30 p.m. for a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Training. No official business
will be acted upon.
This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law.
Human Rights Commission Members: Amanda Fickes, Lawrence Novotny, Carla Gatzke, Emma Nusrat Qurashi,
Dianne Nagy, Nieema Thasing, Erica Moore, and Pastor Mark Johnsen; College Student Representative Joseph
Ulloa, SDSU Liaison: Marjoanne Thompson, Harley Fischer, Brookings School District Liaison: Michelle
VandeWeerd; County Appointment: Behnoosh Amandi; LGBTQ Liaisons: Lawrence Novotny; Police Liaisons:
