Present: Advisory Board Members: Nick Schmeichel, Melisa Yager, Elena McKeown, Jennifer
Johnson, Jeff Holm, Kyleigh Cramer
City of Brookings Staff: Paul Briseno, Kristen Zimmerman
Dacotah Bank Center Staff: Ashley Biggar, Lisa Robinson
Agenda Discussions:
• Jeff called the meeting to order.
• April minutes were approved.
• Jennifer motioned, Jeff seconded. All members voted in favor.
• Paul provided update from the City.
• Ashley provided strategic updates on Dacotah Bank Center operations and finances.
• Discussion was held on future strategic direction.
• Next meetings scheduled for Tuesday, August 12, 2025, at 3PM.
• Jeff adjourned the meeting.
