Present: Advisory Board Members: Nick Schmeichel, Melisa Yager, Elena McKeown, Jennifer
Johnson, Jeff Holm, Kyleigh Cramer, Laura Schoen Carbonneau
City of Brookings Staff: Kristen Zimmerman
Dacotah Bank Center Staff: Ashley Biggar
Agenda Discussions:
• Jeff called the meeting to order.
• April minutes were approved.
• Kyleigh motioned, Jeff seconded. All members voted in favor.
• Ashley provided strategic updates on Dacotah Bank Center operations and finances.
• Discussion was held on future strategic direction.
• Next meetings scheduled for June 26, 2025, at 11AM.
• Jeff adjourned the meeting.
