Notice of Quorum
It is possible that at least four (4) Board of Trustees members may be present at the
South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations Legislative Forum to be held
on Monday, November 10, from 5:15 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Brookings Health System in
Conference Room A. Though a majority of Hospital Board members may be present,
no official business will be carried out. This notice constitutes sufficient public
notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
