Notice of Quorum
It is possible that at least five (5) Brookings Planning Commission members may be
present for the Planning Commission Tour to be held Monday, September 15, 2025
from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Though a majority of Brookings Planning Commission
members may be present, no official city business will be acted upon. This notice
constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1.
Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment Members: Scot Leddy, Jacob Limmer, Debra Spear, Billie Jo Hinrichs,
Kyle Jamison, Roger Solum, Emily Braun, Nick Schmeichel, and Tanner Aiken. City Staff: Mike Struck,
Community Development Director, Ryan Miller, City Planner, and Bailey Maca, Associate Planner.
