NOTICE OF QUORUM
It is possible that a majority of members of the Brookings Historic Preservation Members may be
present at the May 27, 2025 City Council Meeting. Though a majority of the Brookings Historic
Preservation Members may be present, no official board business will be acted upon by the members.
This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law 1-25-1.1
Brookings Historic Preservation Commission Members: Samuel Krueger, Janet Gritzner, Paula Carson, Janet
Merriman, Matthew Weiss, Diane Kosbau, Tom Thaden, VACANT, Audra Fullerton and Sandra Callies. City
Staff: Ryan Miller, City Planner.
