The Brookings Airport Board was called to order by Brady Klocker on Thursday,
December 19,2024 at 3:30 PM in Conference Room #241, Second Floor. Members
present were Dan Krogstad, Brian VanLiere, Isaac Wilde, and Klocker. Riedesel was
absent. Also present was Airport Manager Lucas Dahl.
Item #1 - Roll Call
Item #2 - (Krogstad/Wilde) Motion to approve the agenda. All present voted aye.
MOTION CARRIED.
Item #3 - (Wilde/Krogstad) Motion to approve the November 15, 2024 Minutes. All
present voted aye. MOTION CARRIED.
Item #4 - Airport Manager's Report - Dahl reported Madison Aircraft/Dakota Jet
lease passed at City Council. The windsock and the ramp light have been repaired.
We had a short meeting with Helms and the FAA on the extension of the taxilane and
everything seems to be on schedule. Hay lease bid opening is scheduled for Jan 7th
at 1:30pm. Civil Air Patrol lease for the terminal building will be on the Jan. I 4th City
Council agenda.

(Krogstad/Wilde) Motion to keep current officers the same as 2024, Chair Klocker and
Vice -chair VanLiere. All present voted aye. MOTION CARRIED.
