c. Lots 1 – 14, Block 2; Lots 1 – 9, Block 3; Lots 2 – 7 and Lot 14, Block 4; Lots 1 and
14, Block 5; Lots 1 – 3, Block 7; and road rights-of-way all in Valley View Addition
4. Hearing and action on a petition to rezone Lots 3, 4, and 5, Block 1 and Lot 2, Block 2,
Telkamp Addition from a Residence R-3 District to a Planned Development District and
for approval of an initial and final development plan
5. Hearing and action on a petition to rezone Lot 101, Block 1, First Addition from a
Residence R-2 District to a Planned Development District and for approval of an initial
and final development plan
