4. Hearing and action on a petition to vacate a portion of 9 Street located between 9 Avenue
and Medary Avenue
5. Hearing and action on a petition to rezone a portion of the Christie Heights Addition from a
Residence R-1B District to the Residence R-1C District
6. Hearing and action on a petition to rezone the R’Surene Morgan Farm Addition from a
Residence R-3A District to a Business B-3 District
7. Vision 2020 update - Review of future growth areas
