3. Hearing and action on the following plats:

d. Larkspur Ridge Drive, Helen Circle, Dean Court, Craig Court, portions of Western Avenue

4. Hearing and action on a petition to vacate Harvey Dunn Street abutting Blocks 12 and 13,

5. Discussion on a sketch plan for future residential development for a portion of Bluegill Addition
