Approval of the August 5, 2014 minutes. 2. Approval of the agenda. 3. Hearing and action on the following plats: a. Lots 3 and 4, Block 4, Moriarty Heights Addition b. Lot 26, Block 1, Moriarty Heights Addition c. Block 5, Prairie Hills Addition d. Larkspur Ridge Drive, Helen Circle, Dean Court, Craig Court, portions of Western Avenue th and 26 Street South; Lot 1, Block 1; Lots 1-3, Block 2; Lots 2-11, Block 4; and Lots 1-15 and Tract 1, Block 5, Christie Heights Addition 4. Hearing and action on a petition to vacate Harvey Dunn Street abutting Blocks 12 and 13, th Morehouse Addition (between 9 Avenue and Medary Avenue). 5. (24 St. So. and 17 Ave. So.) 7. Hearing and action on a petition for annexation of the north 35 feet of the SW ¼ of Section 2- T109N-R50W, excluding the east 1309.59 feet thereof. 7a.
