1. Approval of the November 5, 2013 minutes.
2. Approval of the agenda.
3. Hearing and action on the following final plats:
a. Lots AA, BB, CC, DD, EE, FF, and 1A of Block 1 and Block 2, Voss First Addition
b. Lots C, 6, and 7, Block 4, Prairie Hills Addition
c. Lot 9, Block 13, Moriarty-Edgebrook Addition
4. Hearing and action on a petition to rezone Lots 1, 3, and 4 of Outlot F from an Industrial I-1
District to a Residence R-3 District and Lot 2 of Outlot F from a Residence R-1A District to a
Residence R-3 District all in the SE ¼ of Section 22-T110N-R50W. (913 Western Avenue)
5. Hearing and action on a petition to rezone the S1220’ of the N1608’ of the E1341’ of the NE ¼
of Section 2-T109N-R50W from an Agriculture A District to a Residence R-1C and R-3 District and
a Business B-2 District. (2200 block of Main Avenue South)
6. Discussion on off-street parking regulations for apartment complexes.
7. Appointment of Nominating Committee for 2014 Chair and Vice Chair.
