ACTION TO APPROVE THE AGENDA -Action: Motion to Approve, Roll Call 4. OPEN FORUM -Any member of the public may make a brief announcement or invitation, or request time on the agenda for an item not listed.Individuals are asked to state their name and city of residence for the record.Public Comment is limited to a maximum of three minutes per person. Ordinance 24 -031 Reasonable Accommodations Pursuant to the Federal Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988. Action: Motion, Open & Close Public Hearing, Roll Call- Ordinance Amendments from 9/24/2024 CC Meeting: •REMOVE: Sec. 1-13 (B) (C) –definition of Sober Home •CHANGE: Sec. 1-13 (D) B –change 150 feet to 250 feet •REMOVE: Sec 1-13 (G) –Limitation for Sober Homes 6. CITY COUNCIL MEMBER INTRODUCTION OF TOPICS FOR FUTURE DISCUSSION.-Any Council Member may request discussion of any topic at a future meeting. Items cannot be added for action at this meeting. A motion and second is required which states the topic, requested outcome, and time frame. A majority vote is required. 7.
