Reasonable Accommodations
Pursuant to the Federal Fair Housing Amendments Act
of 1988.
Action: Motion, Open & Close Public Hearing, Roll Call-
Ordinance Amendments from 9/24/2024 CC Meeting:
•REMOVE: Sec. 1-13 (B) (C) –definition of Sober Home
•CHANGE: Sec. 1-13 (D) B –change 150 feet to 250 feet
•REMOVE: Sec 1-13 (G) –Limitation for Sober Homes
6. CITY COUNCIL MEMBER INTRODUCTION OF TOPICS FOR FUTURE DISCUSSION.-Any Council Member may request discussion of any
topic at a future meeting. Items cannot be added for
action at this meeting. A motion and second is required
which states the topic, requested outcome, and time
frame. A majority vote is required.
