HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 24-024ORDINANCE 24-024 AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO AN APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ESTABLISH TOWNHOUSES IN A RESIDENCE R-2 TWO-FAMILY DISTRICT. BE IT ORDAINED by the City of Brookings, South Dakota: SECTION 1. That said Conditional Use Permit shall be approved for townhouses on Block 3A and Block 4 in Northern Plans Addition to the City of Brookings, County of Brookings, State of South Dakota with the following conditions: • A maximum of 8 townhome units on Block 3A • A maximum of 12 townhome units on Block 4 SECTION 2. That said application for a conditional use permit satisfies the requirements as described in Sec. 94.302 of Chapter 94, Article V, Division 3 of the City of Brookings, South Dakota. SECTION 3. That all sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
