its funding; providing for its use and providing for its Rules And Regulations
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Brookings, South Dakota as follows:
Ordinance No. 22 -05, adopted the 12`h day of July 2005 shall be removed immediately from the
code and be marked as Repealed by Ordinance No. 18 -1 1, dated October 25, 201 I.
First Reading: October 25, 201 I
Second Reading: November 22, 201 I TERMINATED
