Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for 2010 -05SSI
Southland Lane Detention Pond Project:
Construction Change Order Number I
Adjust the contract quantities to final as -built quantities for a decrease of $3,118.93 to
the contract.
Passed and approved this 27th day of September, 201 1.
