Resolution Awarding Bids on Project 201 1 -09 Lead Contaminated Soil Remediation
Whereas, the City of Brookings opened bids for Project 201 1 -09 Lead Contaminated Soil
Remediation on Tuesday, September 6, 201 1 at 1 :30 pm at Brookings City Hall; and
Whereas, the City of Brookings has received the following bids for Project
201 1 -09 Lead Contaminated Soil Remediation: Belair Builders, Inc. dba Belair Excavating, New
Brighton MN in the amount of $53,568.00; Ironwood Contracting, Ham Lake, MN in the
amount of $107,900.00; and SCS Field Services, Long Beach, CA in the amount of $143,208.00.
Now Therefore, Be It Resolved the low bid of $53,568.00 for Belair Builders, Inc. dba Belair
Excavating, New Brighton, MN be accepted.
Passed and approved this 13`h day of September, 201 1.
