Resolution Authorizing Mayor to Sign an Agreement for Professional Services for
Brookings Regional Airport Project No. AIP #3-46-0005-025-2011; 404 Permit with
Mitigation Plan, No -Rise Certification & Assistance with Land Acquisition
Whereas, the Brookings City Council desires Brookings Regional Airport Project No. AIP #3-
46- 0005 - 025 -2012, 404 Permit with Mitigation Plan, No -Rise Certification & Assistance with
Land Acquisition; and
Whereas, the City of Brookings is obligated to and hereby agrees to pay for the Agreement for
Professional Services for Brookings Regional Airport Project No. AIP #3 -46- 0005 - 025 -2012,
404 Permit with Mitigation Plan, No -Rise Certification & Assistance with Land Acquisition.
Now, Therefore, Be Resolved, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign all documents
related to an Agreement for Professional Services for Brookings Regional Airport Project No.
AIP #3 -46- 0005 - 025 -2012, 404 Permit with Mitigation Plan, No -Rise Certification & Assistance
with Land Acquisition;
