A Resolution Authorizing Change Order No. 1 (CCO #I) for
201 1 -07STI Main Avenue and Front Street Project
Bowes Construction Inc.
Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for 201 1-
07STI Main Avenue and Front Street Project:
• Construction Change Order Number I
• Adjust contract cost to delete one 5.5' x 5.5' Type B Drop Inlet with Frame and
Grate, add one (1) 2' x 3' Type B Drop Inlet, and remove concrete retaining wall
and ramp for a total increase, of $150.00 to the contract.
Passed and approved this 12th day of July 201 1 contingent upon concurrence by the SD
Department of Transportation.
