A Resolution Authorizing Change Order No. I (CCO #I Final) for
2010 -08STI Street Maintenance Project
Bowes Construction Inc.
Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for 2010 -
08STI Street Maintenance Project:
Construction Change Order Number I
Adjust contract cost to as -built quantities for a total decrease of $72,482.76 to
the contract.
Adjust contract completion date by 9 working days to close out the project,
which will result in 6.5 working days at $100 per day being charged to the contract.
Passed and approved this 22' day of March 2011.
