Resolution Authorizing the Senior Finance Manager
of the City of Brookings, South Dakota to Sign Checks and Warrants
Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of Brookings, South Dakota (the "City"), as
follows:
That due to the resignation of the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Finance
Manager is hereby authorized to sign checks and warrants of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota, and
This Resolution shall constitute Proof of Authority of the Senior Finance Manager of the
City of Brookings to sign checks and warrants on behalf of the City of Brookings, South
Dakota.
