Whereas, the City of Brookings held a bid letting at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 8, 201 1;
and
Whereas, the City of Brookings has received the following bid(s) for one (1) 20 I 1 Crawler
Loader:
Company Bid Price Trade -In Net Price
Butler Machinery Company $635,876.00 $144,000.00 $491,876.00
Now Therefore, Be it Resolved that the bid from Butler Machinery Company in the amount of
$491,876.00 plus trade -in of a 2006 Crawler Loader be accepted.
Passed and approved this 22 "d day of February 201 I.
