An ordinance pertaining to an Application for a Conditional Use for a Church
in the Business B -2 District.
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said
Conditional Use shall be approved for a church on Block 1, and the south % of the vacated
street in Hyland Addition with the following conditions:
none
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
