An ordinance pertaining to an Application for a Conditional Use Permit for a Community
Center in the Residence R -3 District.
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said
Conditional Use Permit shall be approved for a community center on Block 6, Hyland Addition
with the following conditions:
None
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
