Be It Resolved by the City Council that the following change order be allowed for Resolution No.
74-13 Dakota Nature Park Trails Construction:
Construction Change Order No. 2.
Bowes Construction
Substantial completion date changed from June 15, 2013 to July 15, 2013.
Ready for final payment date changed from July 15, 2013 to August 15, 2013.
There will be no change in the contract financials with this change order.
Passed and approved this 25th day of June, 2013.
