Resolution Awarding Bid for Two New Rooftop HVAC Units for the Brookings Activity Center
(Brookings Parks, Recreation and Forestry Dept.)
Whereas, the City of Brookings held a bid letting at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday,June 4, 2013; and
Whereas,the City of Brookings has received the following bid for two new rooftop HVAC units
for the Brookings Activity Center:
Company Separate Bid Price (20 ton) Separate Bid Price (3 ton)
Baete- Forseth HVAC $24,600.00 $9,200.00
Brookings, SD
Combined bid for both 20 ton and 3 ton units
$33,000.00
The capital budget for this expenditure is $33,000.00.
Now Therefore, Be it Resolved that the bid from Baete-Forseth HVAC of Brooking, SD in the
amount of$33,000.00 be accepted.
Passed and approved this 11th day of June, 2013.
