An ordinance pertaining to an application to amend a Conditional Use Permit for a
Community Center in the Residence R-3 District.
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota that said
Conditional Use Permit shall be amended and approved for a community center on Block 7,
Hyland Addition with the following conditions:
None
All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
