Location: Brookings Activities Center
1. It is possible that at least 4 of the Park & Recreation Board members and 4 City
Council members may be present at the Tour of Park Facilities to be held
Monday, September 9th.
Though Park & Recreation Board members and invited City Council members may be present, no official
city business will be acted upon. This notice constitutes sufficient public notice according to SD Codified Law.
Park & Recreation Board Members: Steve Berseth, Sean Binker, Doug Smith, Jay Larsen, Brittany Kleinsasser,
Erika Saunders, and John Maynes. High School Student Representative: VACANT. SDSU Student
Representative: Carson Cody. City Staff: Dusty Rodiek, Director of Park & Recreation Dept.; Stacy Claussen,
Recreation Manager; Darren Hoff, Recreation Manager; Al Kruse, Park & Forestry Superintendent; Ronda May,
Park & Rec Office Manager; and Paul Briseno, City Manager.
Brookings City Council: Keith Corbett, Mayor; Patty Bacon, Deputy Mayor
Council Members Leah Brink, Dan Hansen, Ope Niemeyer, Holly Tilton Byrne, and Nick Wendell
