Chair Sternhagen called the meeting to order at 12:01 pm
Doran motioned and Alvery seconded to adopt the agenda with no addition of topic
Motion passed.
Doran motioned and Littlcroft seconded to approve the minutes from the November meeting. Motion
Passed
• Whatifitwas me campaign
o Decorated tree for festival of trees
Doran made a motion to reimburse Sternhagen for ornaments purchased in
amount of $160, Grendler seconded, motion passed
Grendler made a motion to give out remaining ornaments to city council
members and mayor, Doran seconded, motion passed
Will save the ornament to use next year
o Taskforce –ideas for upcoming events
Event in the building to bring awareness to those in wheelchairs of with canes—
still working out details regarding location potential at city/county building or
the swiftel
Swiftel is asking for the committee to visit site
• Doran made a motion to visit Swiftel to observe ADA compliance,
Crevier seconded, motion passed
• Doran made a motion the task force move forward with and event for
early next year, Crevier seconded, motion passed
Doran made a motion to add to next months agenda discussion on how to
spend out remaining money, Alvery seconded, motion passed

o Reviewed application for SDSU liason
Doram made a motion to recommend the candidate, Grendler seconded,
discussion of her qualifications, motion passed
