Whereas,the City of Brookings held a bid letting at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2013; and
Whereas,the City of Brookings has received the following bid(s)for Dakota Nature Park
Pedestrian Bridge—Phase IV:
Company Bid Price
Clark Drew Construction, Inc. $96,000.00
Duininck Construction, Inc. $136,000.00
Sioux Falls Construction Co. $145,000.00
Now Therefore, Be it Resolved that the bid from Clark Drew Construction, Inc. of Brookings in
the amount of$96,000.00 be accepted.
Passed and approved this 28th day of May, 2013.
