Resolution Rejecting All Bids for Heavy Hydraulic Tool System
Whereas, the City of Brookings held a bid letting at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, April 30, 2013; and
Whereas,the City of Brookings has received the following bids for Rescue Tools:
M&T Fire & Safety, Inc. $71,278.00
Allegiant Emergency Services $97,059.00
Now Therefore, Be It Resolved that all bids be rejected for purposes of re-evaluating equipment
needs.
Passed and approved this 28th day of May, 2013.
