Board of Equalization Hearings
Local - Brookings City and School
Wednesday, March 23, 2022
The local Board of Equalization for the City of Brookings met at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March
23, 2022 in the Brookings City & County Government Center. The following members were
present: City Council Members Patty Bacon, Joey Collins, Holly Tilton Byrne and Wayne Avery,
and School Board Member Debra DeBates. Jacob Brehmer, Equalization Office Director,
Appraisers Reid Squires, Rusty Brandsrud, Ken Gabel, and Jack Thompson, and Bonnie Foster,
City Clerk were also present.
Council Member Patty Bacon called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.
