Whereas, the City of Brookings held a bid letting at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 26, 2013;
and
Whereas, the City of Brookings has received the following bid(s) for Dakota Nature Park
Trails, Phase III:
Company Bid Price
Bowes Construction $164,999.00
Rounds Construction $182,000.00
Now Therefore, Be it Resolved that the bid from Bowes Construction of Brookings in the
amount of$164,999.00 be accepted.
Passed and approved this 26nd day of March, 2013.
