Resolution No. 14-13
Street Vacation
Whereas, a petition to vacate has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Brookings, and
Whereas, the petition was filed in proper form and signed by one hundred percent (100%) of
the adjacent property owners.
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved, by the City Council of the City of Brookings:
that the portion of West 16th Avenue abutting Outlot A in the N % of Section 27-T110N-
R5OW; Sublot A of Outlot 1 in the NW 1 of Section 27-T110N-R5OW; and Outlots 1A and
2 in the NE % of Section 28-T110N-R5OW be vacated.
Passed and approved this 12th day of February, 2013.
