An Ordinance pertaining to an Application for a Conditional Use Permit for a Major Home
Occupation (Massage Business)within the City of Brookings
Be it ordained by the governing body of the City of Brookings, South Dakota:
Section 1. That said Conditional Use Permit shall be approved for a Major Home Occupation
(massage business) on the south 105 feet of Lots 8 and 9, Block 9, Skinner's Second Addition
with the following conditions:
None
Section 2. All sections and ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
First Reading: April 23, 2013
Second Reading: May 14, 2013
Published: May 17, 2013
